He has represented several medical device companies and genomic solutions providers in the reproductive endocrinology healthcare industry. Today, John helps clients safely ship their precious materials using our premier cold chain supply solutions. John holds a BA in health administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and currently resides in Rhode Island.

Inside Sales Manager, Reproductive Medicine

Montanna has over four years of experience in IVF and Reproductive Medicine. Previously working for a well-known sperm bank, she knows the preciousness of your reproductive materials and the emotional and physical toll when undergoing ART procedures. She now assists our retail and commercial markets, ensuring they fully understand Cryoport’s risk-mitigating capabilities. Montanna holds a BA in public relations and an MBA from Georgia Southern University and resides in Georgia.

Jackie has over 10 years of customer service experience in the retail and housing industry and is in charge of maintaining high levels of customer service and excellence for Cryoport. Jackie holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from California State University, Fullerton.
